CAPTAN 12 supports classic line-frequency (50 or 60 Hz) dissipation factor testing and frequency-sweep diagnostics (1–500 Hz) to evaluate insulation condition on high-voltage equipment. Built on a modular hardware architecture : CAPTAN 12 is designed for quick servicing and long-term maintainability. Individual modules can be replaced independently, reducing downtime and simplifying repairs.
- High-voltage AC injection up to 12 kV RMS for field and lab insulation testing.
- Measure tan delta / power factor and capacitance with high accuracy (tan delta ±0.005%, capacitance ±0.05%).
- Dielectric Frequency Response (NB DFR) sweep 1–500 Hz for deeper insulation assessment beyond line-frequency DF.
- Modular device architecture, allowing flexible configuration and easy maintenance.
The MCM1 combines advanced hardware with intelligent software to give maintenance teams a comprehensive picture of motor health in just a few minutes. It measures voltage, current, and vibration with high precision, applies AI‑driven algorithms to detect both electrical and mechanical faults, and automatically generates clear, ready‑to‑share reports.
- AI‑Powered Motor Fault Detection Using Current and Vibration Signatures with Automatic Report Generation.
- Predictive Maintenance Insights with Motor Aging Alerts and Fault Trends.
- Powered By AC Mains (110 V or 220 V) or Internal Replaceable Battery.
- Portable, Field-Ready Hardware With 10.1″ Touchscreen, Wi-Fi and USB.
ALLINA T1 is a controllable single‑phase current and voltage source designed to bring a wide range of commissioning, periodic, and diagnostic tests directly to the field. It supports transformer, CT/VT/CVT, circuit breaker, grounding, and line/cable related measurements, and it can be expanded with complementary modules to fit specialized applications and minimize overall test time.
- Controllable single‑phase current & voltage source with 5 kVA rated output power.
- Commissioning, periodic, and diagnostic testing for substation assets: power transformers, CTs, VTs/CVTs, circuit breakers, grounding systems, busbars, and more.
- Suitable for HV and distribution substations, power plants, labs/universities, and industrial sites (refineries/petrochemical).
