MCM1 was successfully deployed in India for motor condition monitoring under real industrial operating conditions, highlighting its capability to provide accurate and reliable assessment of motor health in the field.
The project demonstrated how MCM1 supports predictive maintenance by enabling maintenance teams to identify developing faults before they lead to unexpected equipment failures.
During the monitoring process, MCM1 acquired and analysed motor current and vibration data, either independently or simultaneously depending on the testing requirements. Using advanced signal processing and AI-assisted diagnostics, the system accurately identified mechanical and electrical faults, including rotor imbalance, bearing defects, air-gap eccentricity, and shaft misalignment, providing maintenance personnel with clear and actionable diagnostic results.
With automated reporting, real-time condition monitoring, and intelligent fault analysis, MCM1 helps industrial facilities improve asset reliability, optimise maintenance planning, reduce maintenance costs, and increase the availability of critical motor-driven equipment.
